One Day Childbirth Class

$250- Available sessions: December 3, January 21, February 25, April 1
- Class is from 9am-5pm with a one hour break for lunch.
- This class will cover stages of labor, communicating with your providers, informed decision making, and coping techniques. It is the perfect option for couples on a tighter schedule. Most people choose to take this class in the third trimester, and we highly recommend completing all childbirth classes by 37 weeks, but it is open to people at all stages of pregnancy. We are also open to people with diverse birth goals from those wanting an epidural early in labor to those planning a homebirth, and absolutely everything in between.
