- This class aims to prepare you for your best birth. We will cover topics including stages of labor, communicating with providers, informed decision making, coping techniques, and postpartum.

- One Day Childbirth Class

- Class is from 9am-5pm with a one hour break for lunch.
- This class will cover stages of labor, communicating with your providers, informed decision making, and coping techniques.

- Childbirth Refresher: Make your Next Birth Better than the First!
- Available sessions:
- This class meets from 5:30-8:30pm
- This class is a refresher course for experienced parents. Maybe you wanted a water birth, but your baby had a different idea. Maybe you planned a vaginal birth, but had a cesarean. You want a different experience this time! Whether this is your second birth or your sixth, there is always more to learn. In this class we will talk about past birth experiences, how to communicate with our providers, current hospital policies, and much more.

- Preparing your toddler for a new sibling!
- Available sessions: private class available by appointment
- This workshop is 1.5 hours
- Preparing your little one for a new sibling can be a challenge, but it can also be fun. Let us guide you toward making the transition easier, and setting realistic expectations. This is a workshop for parents.

- Newborn Care Class
- Available sessions: December 8
- This class meets from 10 am-1 pm
- In this class we will answer all of your questions about bringing home a newborn. We will talk about how to sooth a crying newborn, bathing, different diapering choices, babywearing, car seat safety, safe sleep, and much more. We will give you several different tools and techniques for each topic and discuss the wide range in normal when it comes to newborns. This class is ideal for expectant parents as well as adoptive and fostering parents.

- One Day Prenatal Chestfeeding/Breastfeeding Class
- Available sessions:
- This 2-hour comprehensive class enables us to take time to answer all of your feeding questions, and concerns. We will cover information beginning with the prenatal period to feeding in the early weeks.
- ASL and Queer affirming
- This class is from 6pm-8:30pm and will be taught at Nest & Nurture. Private classes are also available in person and virtually. Contact EricaMcleod@gmail.com to learn more.
- Cost: $100 per family
- Infant/ Pediatric CPR and First Aid
- Nest and Nurture is excited to team up with Lorenda Lewis to offer this class, which include Red Cross Certification for infant/pediatric CPR and First Aid.

- Class is from 9:30am-12:30 starting in 2025

- Better Bottle Feeding
- This class is taught by Jill Mailing, owner of Integrative Lactation Care and is perfect for new or expecting parents. Whether you plan to exclusively use bottles, or use them in addition to breastfeeding, this class is for you. We will cover:
- Optimal bottle types (& why they matter)
- Best positions for bottle feeding
- How to support healthy digestion & reduce spit-up from bottle feeding
- Ideal timeframe to introduce a bottle
- How to protect your nursing relationship & milk supply while using bottles & pumping
