Infant Feeding Group

Our infant feeding support & playgroup meets every Tuesday from 12-1pm. Come meet other parents of littles, try out our baby carrier library, enjoy a warm beverage, ask your feeding questions, or just hang out!

Several on-site parking spots are available, and street parking on Brooks Street is set to reopen this fall.

Free to attend! All feeding methods welcome: breast/chestfeeding, exclusively pumping, formula feeding, and combo feeding. Weighted feedings available by request. The group is geared towards parents of infants but toddlers are also welcome!

Postpartum Group

Start date: Thursday, Feb. 20. 11a-12p.

Short description: We welcome you to join our Postpartum Support Group! We will be meeting every Thursday from 11a-12p. The session will begin with a check-in and a mindfulness exercise. Each week, we will share information about an aspect of postpartum life – for example: feeding, sleep, self-care, physical wellness, birth stories, emotional health (and more!) We will close the session with a check out and have some time to share stories and experiences. Sessions are run by May Lin Kessenich, LLMSW.

Parenting Group

Start date: Monday, Feb. 17. 7-8p.

Short description: We welcome you to join our Parenting Support Group! We will be meeting Mondays from 7-8p. This is a 5 week course starting on Feb. 17 and ending March 17. The session will begin with a check-in and mindfulness exercise. For each session, I will focus on a specific aspect of parenting and share a tool or strategy related to that topic. Some examples of topics are: attuning to your child, challenging behaviors, managing your own emotions, healing and repair (and more!). We will close the session with a check out. Sessions are run by May Lin Kessenich, LLMSW.

Price: $20 per session or $90 for all 5 sessions (2/17, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17).
