We welcome you to join our Postpartum Support Group! We will be meeting every Thursday from 11am-12pm. The session will begin with a check-in and a mindfulness exercise. Each week, we will share information about an aspect of postpartum life- for example: feeding, sleep, self-care, physical wellness, birth stories, emotional health (and more!) We will close the session with a check out and have some time to share stories and experiences. Sessions are run by May Lin Kessenich, LLMSW.<\/p>\n
